The clinic pages of this website collect no personal information and set no cookies. We use no analytics and no third-party trackers anywhere on the site.
03 · The shop
Your basket
When you add earrings to your basket, the items are kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you check out, and clearing your browser data empties the basket.
04 · Checkout
Payment through Stripe
Checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment provider. At checkout Stripe collects your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and payment details. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and never reach this website. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in Stripe’s privacy policy.
05 · Your order
Despatch and record keeping
So that your order can be despatched, the order details — your name, contact details, delivery address and the items ordered — are shared with G. Mantella Jewellers, 31 The Town, Enfield EN2 6LU. These details are used to despatch your order and are then kept for accounting and warranty purposes. We do not send marketing emails.
06 · Your rights
Access, correction and deletion
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
